TERMS & CONDITIONS

I acknowledge that I have received and will comply with the rules and regulations of NuCellf, Inc LLC. I understand that, subject to the cancellation rights described below, my Movement Coaching Membership is for a minimum of 3 months. I understand that I may cancel my Movement Coaching Membership 30 days prior to the end of the three-month contract term in order to complete the minimum 3 months. If I do not cancel my Movement Coaching Membership, it will continue on a monthly basis until I cancel by giving 30 days written or verbal notice to the health coach. I also understand that my Movement Coaching Membership is not transferable.

 

If I cancel this agreement before my three month commitment period expires for reasons other than as stated below, I understand that I will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of (i) $150 or (ii) one month’s monthly dues (depending on the membership selected).

 

I also understand that it is my responsibility to schedule the committed number of training sessions each month and that any unused sessions in any month will not carry over to a subsequent month.

 

As part of your Movement Coaching Membership, subject to the limitations on use specified above, you will be entitled to receive the following:

 

• Movement coaching sessions

• One (1) movement and health evaluation every three (3) months

• Fitness journal

• Water Bottle

• NuCellf T-Shirt

Cancellation or Missed Appointments Your coach requires 24-hour notice cancellation of booked sessions. Sessions missed or cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged 50% of the cost of session.

Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your coach will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for “full cost” of the cost of session. Out of respect and consideration for your coach and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

Cancellation Rights: You may cancel this agreement without any penalty within three (3) days from the date listed above or upon cancelation of your NuCellf membership (pursuant to your membership agreement), but if you cancel this agreement prior to the end of the commitment period above in conjunction with the cancelation of your NuCellf membership following the expiration of any then-effective NuCellf membership commitment period, you will be charged the cancelation fee above.
